Tasks that inspire you
- Support the implementation of IAM projects around SailPoint and/or One Identity Manager—from analysis to deployment.
- Participate in developing tailored solutions for our clients and learn how identity and authorization structures are built and optimized.
- Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, contribute your ideas, and grow into a sparring partner for our customers.
- Assist in preparing and conducting workshops and training sessions, documenting your work clearly and systematically.
- Be open to new technologies and help integrate IAM solutions into complex IT landscapes.
What makes you a good fit
- A degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, or a similar qualification— or about to graduate.
- Some practical experience in IT, ideally in identity or access management (via internships, student jobs, or personal projects).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, PowerShell) and interest in interfaces (e.g., REST, SCIM, SOAP) is a plus but not required.
- You enjoy teamwork, are communicative, curious, and eager to develop professionally and personally.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or team events.
