ASDTC Engineering is the Center for Realization of Industrial Ideas. ASDTC Engineering is a major player in defense and transportation technology in Turkey, providing the supply of critical materials from domestic or foreign sources, supporting the latest innovations in electronic component/cabling and mechanical part/material manufacturing, and having the authority or solution partner for high-quality network solutions, cold chain product delivery, chemical materials, qualified cables, and software technologies, along with its subcontractors with a large capacity.

Regarding Rail Vehicles, ASDTC Engineering has several patents for parameterized wind tunnel experiments while developing control software for locomotive doors, metro doors, power units, and transportation boxes for these units. All of our products are approved by accredited laboratories and have international certification.

Regarding the development of aviation and defense technology in Turkey, ASDTC Engineering has a large capacity in providing quality services and solutions supporting the latest innovations in the supply and manufacturing of critical parts, electrical interconnect solutions, network solutions, and electronic component solutions. We collaborate with more than 200 local and foreign manufacturers or rack product sellers, who are the pioneers in the Engineering sector, and challenge the status quo with our wide product range.

Position Description:

If you are interested in technology, possess effective communication skills, and want to be a part of a dynamic work environment, the Sales Engineer position might be a perfect fit for you. As a member of ASDTC, you will provide technical support to customers, effectively present and explain our products, and bring your technical perspective to our sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively present and explain our technical products and services to customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Assist our sales team with a technical perspective.
  • Manage reporting processes and control the supply chain.
  • Manage and monitor the 100 hours of work for remote workers.
  • Work through ASDTC's CRM system, (alsancak.app).

Qualifications:

  • Preferred to be an engineering or numerically or mathematics-science related field graduate.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Interested in technology, open to learning, and possess a dynamic approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote workers will work for 100 hours per month.
  • On-site workers are required to be present in the office for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • Expenses such as transportation and meals are included in the salary.

Career Development and Benefits:

Salary Range:

  • For Remote Workers: 7,000 TL per month for 100 hours of work.
  • For On-Site Workers: Between 14,000 - 20,000 TL monthly.

Payment Structure:

Salaries are paid in advance if they coincide with holidays. Payments are made to the individual's salary account between the 1st and 5th of each month.
