Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Basel for a Technical Manager. You will lead the technical delivery of façade projects from concept to completion, guiding multidisciplinary teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. The role includes technical leadership, client and stakeholder coordination, problem‑solving, innovation, and supporting the development of advanced façade solutions.

Strong analytical skills coupled with a results‑driven mindset.
Experience in team management and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting within a construction or engineering context.
Proven capabilities in team management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Excellent organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
Experience in façade construction roles.
