Overview
As MEP Data Centre Design Coordinator, you will lead multi-discipline design efforts for data centre projects, coordinating with system consultants, architects, and engineers. You’ll manage design quality across UPS, cooling, security, safety, and LV systems and support cost and tender activities. You will work under a lead engineer to develop electrical work packages and contribute to vendor evaluation. This role suits a communicative, internationally-minded engineer who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and design leadership. You’ll join an international consultancy focused on sustainable development and innovation, offering meaningful impact in scalable data centre projects.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and manage multi-d design assignments across data centre disciplines (UPS, cooling, security, safety, LV)
- Assist project manager with lifecycle cost preparation/review
- Write tender reports
- Evaluate proposals for vendor selection
- Engineer electrical work packages under a lead engineer
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5 years’ experience in high voltage design/installation design
- Excellent communicator in English (written and spoken)
- Flexible towards travel, internationally
- Bachelor or Masters in electrical engineering or HIT-E
- Solid knowledge of standard practices in design and construction industry
