Overview
In this role you will support Data Center Operations, advising on infrastructure issues and acting as the first point of contact for incidents and recovery. You will contribute to design and implementation tasks, supporting migration and relocation projects, and ensure reliable operation of critical IT environments. The position offers exposure to global IT infrastructure and a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and performance. Your work helps keep data centers secure, scalable and efficient while serving customer requirements.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise on operational infrastructure issues and serve as customer contact
- First-line support for incident management and recovery
- Design and implement infrastructure projects
- Hardware break-fix for Cisco systems
- Patch servers for migrations, relocations and installs
- Rack and stack servers and equipment to cabinets
- Manage and run the data center environment and address issues
- Patch distribution/core layer and SAN-attached networks

- Previous Data Center experience
- Troubleshooting skills
- Network patching experience (Copper and Fibre)
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Understanding of financial sector criticality
