Retail Manager

As our Retail Manager (m/f/d), you will develop the shop network, financial operations, and team management in accordance with our retail strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Store Managers (outlets, corners, and full price).

Your Main Tasks

• ✓ Achieving sales and profit targets for the area by increasing footfall and conversion rates
• ✓ Management of costs, payroll, productivity, and controllable profit and loss
• ✓ Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure inventory strategies, standards, and visual merchandising are accurate for each store
• ✓ Ensuring consistent delivery of the agreed service proposition across the area
• ✓ Planning and developing the performance of all direct reports to create an environment where everyone can maximize their potential

Your Profile

• ✓ Degree in business administration or a related field
• ✓ Eight years of relevant work experience
• ✓ Experience in retail operations, store openings, budgeting, and customer service
• ✓ Extensive experience leading top-level customer service in a brand retailer
• ✓ Fluent in English with additional language skills as needed based on trade and geographic region
• ✓ Willingness to travel in the region Germany and Benelux frequently
