Your Tasks
- Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process for Italy
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely processing
- Review payroll inputs, outputs and reconciliation reports
- Handle hires, terminations, transfers and rehires
- Support Italian payroll legislation, CCNL requirements and statutory reporting
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
- Work closely with HR, Finance, People Operations and external payroll providers
- Support payroll activities in ADP GlobalView and Workday
Your Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on Italian payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and compliance
- Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees
- Experience with complex payroll corrections and employee lifecycle processes
- Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
- Independent and structured working style
Nice to have:
- Experience with ADP GlobalView and/or Workday HCM
- Experience in multinational or shared service environments
- Experience with payroll transitions, transformations or vendor-managed payroll
