Forward Deployed Engineer

We\’re looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who thrive in environments where technology meets real operational complexity.As an FDE, you are responsible for the technical success of enterprise deployments. You will design and implement integration architectures, debug production issues, optimize performance, and ensure that our platform works reliably across diverse IT landscapes.As an FDE, you work hands-on with DAX companies and global enterprises to deploy, customize, and optimize our AI Agent infrastructure.In this role, you will:Build and optimize data flows, API interactions, and system interfacesDebug complex issues across infrastructure, configurations, and external systemsEnsure secure, scalable, and reliable deployments in enterprise environmentsTranslate customer requirements into system-level designsSupport go-lives and ensure stable post-deployment performanceIdentify recurring patterns and contribute to internal tooling and automationFeed technical insights back into Product & EngineeringHelp turn customer-specific solutions into scalable product capabilitiesThis is a technical, hands-on, customer-facing role — ideal for engineers who enjoy solving concrete problems and seeing their solutions run in production at global scale.What We\’re Looking ForYou\’re a good fit if you:Have experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar technical roleAre comfortable working with APIs, integrations, structured data, and system connectivityCommunicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both customers and internal teamsLike understanding how processes work, and enjoy designing technical solutions around themWork reliably and independently in complex enterprise environmentsAre curious about how AI can support operational workflowsAppreciate a high-ownership role where you influence product direction and customer outcomesBonus: experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba or other procurement/ERP ecosystems.What We OfferDirect influence on product and workflow designWork with DAX companies and global enterprises from day oneA fast-moving, ownership-driven environment with close founder accessA front-row seat to one of the most significant AI transformations in enterprise operationsWhy join us?
