Our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) department is responsible for all ASML buildings, infrastructure and facilities throughout their life cycle. As a Facility Management Services Specialist in our CRE Team, you will take full responsibility for managing supplier´s deliverables in both soft and hard services across our Berlin sites in Britz and Köpenick. Your mission is to ensure efficient Facility Management services and supplier´s accountability regarding the operational responsibility by helping the team to develop and implement effective service concepts and maintenance strategies. The role requires frequent presence onsite (minimum 60 %).
Responsibilities
- Assess current Integrated Facility Management service levels from the content perspective and lead process optimization initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and cost‑saving measures through innovative solutions and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure the stakeholder map is regularly updated and establish effective communication and collaboration frameworks across all FM services.
- Work with the Supplier Manager and the ASML FM Team on the development and introduction of new services, including defining scope, content and implementation plans aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with the FM team, Data Quality Specialist and the IFM supplier to optimize the usage of the Computer Aided Facility Management Software to ensure transparency, efficiency and seamless integration of processes.
- Co‑design IFM sourcing strategies with the supplier manager and sourcing department, and work closely with the IFM supplier to achieve FM objectives effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards for maintenance and asset management, safeguarding reliability and availability.
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering).
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, ideally within a production or industrial environment.
- You have excellent German and good English, both written and spoken.
- You are familiar with legal requirements and standards related to Integrated Facility Management solutions, building operations, maintenance and asset management.
