Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  2. Attend to medical-related calls, issuance of GLs
  3. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  5. Able to handle customer services and operational tasks at the same time
Requirements
  1. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  2. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Pay

From RM 00 per month

Job Types: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
