Industrial Engineer-In-Training or Engineer

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer for a global industrial company. The environment is highly automated with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing or industrial settings. Key responsibilities include optimising processes, implementing quality control, and identifying/solving problems to ensure highest standards are met. This role requires in-depth knowledge of: Process Optimisation, Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and develop strategies for streamlining production processes. Problem Solving, Analyse production issues, diagnose root causes, and develop and implement solutions to improve performance. Continuous Improvement, Utilize techniques like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste. Data Analysis, Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor\’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in industrial settings, especially in manufacturing or production roles, and ideally some good understand of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.
