Your mission
As a mental health nurse, your role as a resource person for your future team involves advanced mastery of specific skills:
Clinical assessment:
Conduct regular assessments to adapt care to the evolving and complex needs of clients. Interprofessional collaboration:
Work in synergy with a multidisciplinary care network to optimise management. Leadership and mentoring:
Provide guidance and support to your colleagues, acting as a mental health resource person and a reference within your team. Planning, coordination and documentation management:
Organise personalised care plans in partnership with clients while keeping client records up to date in accordance with protocols, including OPAS forms.
Your profile
You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent recognised qualification, complemented by at least two years of experience in adult and/or geriatric psychiatry. A postgraduate diploma in mental health would be an advantage. Autonomous, versatile and with excellent listening skills, you have a strong interest in home care and collaborative work with various disciplines. You are able to adapt easily to different situations and excel in communication and negotiation. You possess a driving licence and ideally a personal vehicle.
