You show a real interest in home care and supporting the elderly.- Autonomous, responsible, and attentive, you demonstrate versatility and possess a great capacity for analysis, organization, and stress management. Your sense of teamwork as well as your ability to anticipate needs and adapt to various situations are essential qualities for the position.- You have followed the iHC/RAI process or possess knowledge of this method.
