FOR OUR HR DEPARTMENT, WE ARE RECRUITING A: RECRUITMENT OFFICER AND TRAINING MANAGER AT 80-100%
YOUR TASKS
Within our HR team, you play a key role in recruitment and training. Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining the sought profiles in line with the needs of our services. - Writing and publishing attractive adverts on appropriate recruitment channels. - Analysing and pre-selecting applications, then supporting managers through the various stages. - Conducting recruitment interviews and ensuring quality follow-up with candidates. - Participating in HR administrative management related to recruitment. - Coordinating and monitoring files with temp agencies, in line with the temporary staffing needs of the relevant services. - Ensuring the selection and follow-up of health auxiliaries in training.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a commercial employee CFC (or equivalent) as well as a personnel management assistant certificate and have at least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or personnel placement, ideally in the healthcare sector. - You are comfortable with office and digital tools and know how to utilise modern recruitment channels. - Recognised for your professionalism, rigour and client orientation, you establish a relationship of trust with your contacts. - Your versatility, flexibility and responsiveness allow you to manage varied priorities effectively, even within tight deadlines.
