YOUR MISSION
- Acts as a clinical nursing expert for clients and their relatives, based on evidence. - Develops consultation, guidance and coaching to strengthen the clinical skills of teams and promote the integration of best practices in home care. - Leads continuous improvement and clinical innovation projects, and supports change within teams. - Encourages interprofessional collaboration and care coordination, especially in managing complex situations. - Contributes to the transformation of the health system by disseminating, adapting and implementing evidence-based practices. - Integrates and promotes ethical reflection in clinical and institutional practices.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree in nursing sciences MSCSI or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 3-4 years of clinical nursing practice with desired knowledge in home help and care. - Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good understanding of scientific English. - Proficient in IT tools, office software and scientific databases. - Leadership, negotiation skills and analytical mindset. - Autonomy, team spirit and collaboration. - Innovative mindset and support for change. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills. - Interpersonal skills and pedagogy. - Organisation, adaptability and priority management.
