Your missionAs a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Alternative Investments, you will be the strategic partner for our institutional clients, guiding them through their entire journey with us—from onboarding through long-term collaboration. You’ll navigate complex financial, operational, and technological landscapes while taking ownership of client relationships, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.Working at the intersection of our business development, finance, legal, technology, and operations teams, you will serve as the vital link between our technical products, services, and client success. You’ll develop deep expertise in our solutions, proactively anticipate client needs, and deliver seamless experiences through strategic communication and analytical problem-solving.
