Cerebral Genève, an association active in organising leisure activities for people with disabilities, is looking for an experienced administrative coordinator to strengthen its team. You will work in a committed, human-sized environment where the quality of relationships and the sense of mission are at the heart of priorities. You are the administrative point of reference for the association. Thanks to your organisation, rigour and sense of service, you ensure the smooth daily running of our leisure activities and allow the team to focus on supporting the beneficiaries. Your mission As a true administrative pillar, you ensure the follow-up of files, coordinate administrative processes and participate in the life of the association. Your main responsibilities: For beneficiaries with disabilities:
Enable secure support by updating (1 to 2 times a year) the support files of around 100 beneficiaries with cerebral or multiple disabilities. For the support staff:
Manage the administration of 100 accompanying collaborators (work permits, OCPM declarations, taxation, criminal record extracts, etc.). For the functioning of the association: Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as telephone calls. Ensure the follow-up of invoice payments, monitor contributions, prepare tax certificates for donors. Manage the rental of the building (quotes, follow-up, invoicing). Assist the secretary general in activity reports for donors. Manage stocks by ordering equipment and consumables, as well as liaising with suppliers. Contribute to the organisation of the general assembly and recruitment evenings for instructors. Actively participate in association events (general assembly, family day, weekend preparation for instructors' stays). You enjoy varied days, can manage several files simultaneously and appreciate teamwork in a human-sized structure. You notably have: At least a commercial professional maturity certificate or equivalent training. Proven experience in a similar administrative position (ideally in an associative or social environment). Excellent organisation, rigour and sense of priorities. Excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ease in human contacts and ability to interact with various interlocutors. Initiative, flexibility and ability to handle unforeseen events calmly. Multitasking and versatility, collaborative work in an open-space. Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office with good knowledge of Excel), as well as regular use of AI tools to optimise recurring activities. Sense of confidentiality and autonomy.
