EARLY CHILDHOOD ASSISTANT (ECA)
11 hours/week, equivalent to 22% annualised
Your mission:
Under the responsibility of the Educational Management, you participate in welcoming and supporting children within the UAPE. You contribute to their well-being, safety, and development in accordance with the educational project of the structure.
Your main responsibilities:
• Welcome and support children during different times of the day, ensuring their safety and well-being; • Participate in organising and leading activities that promote their development and fulfilment; • Support the educational team in the daily operation of the structure; • Collaborate with families, the team, and management in a spirit of trust and respect; • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety rules, and the educational project of the structure.
Your profile:
• Strong interest in working with school-age children; • Training or experience in childhood, education, or animation (an advantage); • Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills; • Dynamism, flexibility, and adaptability; • Proficiency in spoken and written French; • First aid training (an advantage).
