EnJeu – Childhood & Youth is an inter-municipal Association bringing together 11 municipalities in the Rolle region.

As part of the opening of a new preschool facility in Bursinel planned for the first quarter of 2027, we are looking for a:
TERTIARY EDUCATOR
Permanent contract – Nursery with 44 places (Children from 3 months to 4 years old)

Your mission
- Ensure the reception of children in accordance with the cantonal framework, the reception directives and the institution’s mission - Be a driver of pedagogical reflection and the implementation of means allowing quality care for all children received - Maintain a professional partnership relationship with each family with openness and respect. Be responsible for the application of the educational project - Be responsible for compliance with standards and the smooth running of the institution - Participate in conferences
Profile sought
- ES or HES diploma in the field of childhood or training deemed equivalent - Autonomous, dynamic, curious, with a spirit of initiative - Ease of adaptation and flexibility - Relational ease and sense of community: you know how to create bonds, manage group dynamics, and promote inclusion

Start date: To be agreed, ideally one month before the opening of the facility in order to actively participate in the preparation.
