We are currently recruiting for a micro-structure specialised in ASD hosting three residents with complex needs. Here, care, individualised support and daily presence play an essential role in the quality of life of the people welcomed.
We are looking for:
EDUCATORS (M/F)
Permanent contract between 60% and 90%
What you will experience with us:
- An individualised and structured living environment, promoting stability and quality of relationships - The opportunity to develop your skills in specific care related to autism and behavioural disorders - High-quality internal training focused on adapted educational and care approaches - Close collaboration within a motivated and supportive multidisciplinary team.
Your main missions:
- Support residents daily and provide basic and specific care adapted to the residents’ needs - Implement and monitor the individualised projects of the beneficiaries - Participate in maintaining team dynamics within a multidisciplinary work framework.
Your ideal profile:
- Educator diploma from a recognised social school or holder of a CFC in ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability - Experience or strong interest in autism and complex behavioural situations - Motivation to learn and develop through targeted continuing training - Team spirit and resilience in demanding situations.
We offer:
- A stimulating environment in a unique micro-structure - Continuing training in ASD care and support - A motivated and experienced team to support you daily - Working conditions in accordance with the Social CCT Vaud (42h30/week for full-time, 6 weeks’ holiday/year)
