To reinforce our teams in adult accommodation, we are looking for
Occasional Night Watchers (M/F) on Permanent Contract
Your missions and responsibilities:
- Ensure active night watches from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am - Be responsible for security, support and the administration of care.
Your profile:
- Hold a Red Cross health auxiliary certificate with medical, paramedical training or solid practical experience in a hospital or institutional setting - Show a strong interest in supporting partially sighted people, those with intellectual disabilities and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders, as well as in night work - Be able to work independently, demonstrating a great capacity to analyse unforeseen events.
We offer:
- Training related to the specific needs of the people to be assisted - Possibility to benefit from additional supervision and intervision - Working conditions according to the Social Vaud CCT.
