Trainer – Coach in Socio-Professional Integration 70-80 %
Your profile
• Training in the field of socio-professional integration, complemented by module 1 of adult trainer (FSEA) • Proven experience in supporting people in socio-professional reintegration • Experience in conducting basic skills training (an asset) • Excellent interpersonal skills: clear communication, active listening, supportive and accompanying attitude • Creative, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team • Ability to analyse individual needs and adapt educational content according to integration objectives • Proficiency in IT and digital tools (ICT, training platforms, office tools) • Excellent writing skills, comfortable with drafting follow-up and evaluation reports
Your mission
• Support participants referred by clients (ORP, social services, OAI) in developing professional and transversal skills • Provide individual and group support in job search processes, notably through coaching interviews • Actively collaborate with partner companies and participate in monitoring internships or placements • Write reports and evaluations for clients
