100% Support Officer
With over 5,000 employees spread across 50 Medical-Social Centres (CMS), AVASAD is a key player in home care in the canton of Vaud. We provide an essential service to the population by supporting dependent or disabled persons, while promoting innovative health prevention and promotion programmes.
To support the teams, we are looking for a Support Officer.
What you will do:
As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective support for users:
- Receive, record and qualify user incidents and requests; resolve simple faults (level 1) and escalate complex cases to level 2 or business support. - Provide second-level support for personal production tools, ensure SLA compliance and monitor user satisfaction after each intervention. - Manage user accounts and security groups in Active Directory and business applications. - Handle application and security incidents: analysis, containment if necessary, escalation to level 2 and the CISO, follow-up until resolution. - Support users in mastering tools and managing change; create and maintain support documents. - Keep the knowledge base up to date, analyse incident trends and contribute to preventive actions, in compliance with ITIL standards. - Support the unit manager in her activities (operational coordinator). - Application manager for the ISTM tool (Easyvista).
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in IT support with a Federal VET Diploma in IT. - Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and ITIL frameworks; proficiency in EasyVista or OXYGEN is an asset. - Service-oriented, meticulous in incident follow-up and able to simplify technical concepts for a non-specialist audience. - Autonomous, responsive and able to manage priorities in a multi-demand environment. - Sensitivity to information security issues and excellent command of written and spoken French.
