The Finance and Performance Management Department coordinates all financial activities of the organisation and consolidation with the various associations and foundations that make up the AVASAD system. Furthermore, it also includes the Performance Management Centre, which is tasked with developing management tools in all areas of the organisation, particularly those related to service quality and client monitoring. To complete the team of the Analysis and Performance Monitoring Unit (ASP), we are looking for a:
Pricing Specialist (80 - 100%)
Mission: Support the entire organisation in applying pricing and billing rules, ensuring their compliance through control measures and written guidelines; Produce regular analyses and reports, and maintain active monitoring of pricing developments to inform decision-making; Contribute to the EFAS project, particularly to the evolution of tariffs to ensure the economic viability of AVASAD’s services (new tariff positions, revision of tariffs outside ASD, etc.); Manage relationships with insurers including tariff negotiations, drafting agreements, and disseminating resulting directives; Participate in projects related to tariff developments and new care models, as well as inter-cantonal working groups; Monitor legislative and regulatory developments at federal, inter-cantonal, and cantonal levels, respond to consultations from competent authorities, and contribute to managing institutional risks.
Your profile: Degree in business economics ES or equivalent 3 to 4 years of experience in business economics or management control Proficiency in written and spoken French, good oral expression Good knowledge of German Excellent skills in data analysis, interpretation, and synthesis Strong writing skills and ability to formulate clear recommendations Negotiation and communication skills Proactive, solution-oriented
