Workstation / Workplace Windows – 100%Within our department, you join a committed and expert team that works every day to guarantee reliable and high-performance environments.
In this key role, you actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and management of our infrastructure that you support on a daily basis.
You contribute to the management and evolution of workstations through the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of equipment via Microsoft Intune and MECM.
You manage system images, updates, and the lifecycle of hardware and software, while administering associated equipment such as videoconferencing systems, tablets, and mobile phones.
You guarantee the security and compliance of equipment in collaboration with the IT Security teams.
You provide support by participating in the resolution of hardware and software incidents, document procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience through the optimization of access and digital services.
You participate in the modernization of the work environment by automating processes and deploying new solutions.
You collaborate closely with the Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Development teams, while supporting business lines in analyzing their needs and implementing technical projects.
What you bring to the team You have a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in IT or an equivalent qualification and master the Windows environment as well as workstation management and deployment tools such as MECM, Intune, and Autopilot.
You also possess skills in scripting and peripheral equipment management.
You are recognized for your analytical and incident resolution capabilities.
Endowed with a good sense of communication, you know how to explain technical concepts and collaborate effectively with different IT teams to ensure service quality.
Autonomous and proactive, you appreciate teamwork and demonstrate flexibility in constantly evolving environments.
Your team spirit and analytical sense allow you to propose relevant solutions and support the continuous improvement of IT environments.
