Your Responsibilities
Full financial ownership of the Aftersales business across multiple brands
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes across service, parts, and accessories
Monitor and analyse margins, revenue, and overall financial performance to ensure business objectives are met
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports on profitability, cost trends, and performance KPIs
Coordinate and review warranty and service contract reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Analyse warranty claims to identify margin improvement opportunities and reduce net warranty costs
Control inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and assess inventory-related cost impacts
Support the development of pricing strategies that optimize profit margins for spare parts and aftersales services
Act as a finance business partner to brand-specific aftersales teams, supporting strategic and operational decisions with clear financial insights
Your Profile
University degree or equivalent higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling (HF/FH/Uni)
3–6 years of experience in controlling or aftersales finance, preferably in the automotive industry
Solid understanding of margin management, financial performance tracking, and P&L responsibility
Experience with warranty processes, service contracts, and inventory accounting is a plus
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, BPC )
Analytical thinker with a structured, hands‑on approach and strong sense of accountability
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
