As a Lead Compliance Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening organizational integrity, operational reliability, and adherence to regulatory requirements. In this position, you will shape audit strategy, oversee complex compliance reviews, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and drive corrective actions. Your leadership will help cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring that critical programs and processes meet the highest standards of compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 15+ years of accounting/audit experience.
- 5+ years government contracting.
- Strong expertise in government contractor regulations including FAR/DFARS/CAS.
- 1+ years investigations experience.
- Strong interviewing and investigative skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compliance investigations (timecard fraud, conflict of interest, financial compliance issues, etc).
- Handle end‑to‑end case ownership, including interviewing complainants and witnesses, data gathering and analysis, research and documentation, drafting detailed investigation reports.
- Work closely with auditors and data analysts (2 auditors per case).
- Maintain strict confidentiality (NDA required).
- Manage 15 cases at varying stages; new cases come in ad hoc (3–5/month).
- Interview complainants within first week.
- Coordinate with team on data requests and analysis.
- Heavy reporting and documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year.
