Legal Contracts Specialist | Hybrid
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Are you an experienced Paralegal or Contract Management professional looking to leverage your expertise in a large corporate environment? Our client is seeking a Paralegal to support enterprise-wide contracting initiatives, partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Review and manage commercial contracts and related documentation
- Draft amendments, notices, and contract summaries
- Support contract remediation and repapering projects
- Track contract obligations, renewals, and key milestones
- Coordinate contract execution and lifecycle management activities
- Maintain contract records within contract management systems
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Paralegal, Contract Management, or Legal Operations
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and business teams
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, banking, or financial services
- Large enterprise organizations
- Contract remediation, renewals, amendments, and compliance initiatives

This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
