Job Title: Sales Representative - Group Charter
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for our Group Charter division, who will travel onboard to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will proactively target potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits, while balancing work-life demands. You will stay informed about market trends and focus on cost control and profit optimization. You should set high standards for quality, consistently achieve project goals, and adapt to team dynamics while communicating effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
- Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Flight watch and oversee flight departures, which may require working unsociable hours.
- Deliver presentations and public speeches with skill and confidence.
- Generate innovative solutions to problems.
- Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process.
- Make effective use of processes to influence and persuade others.
Essential Skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on high-quality client experience.
- Sales experience, including inside sales and call center operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong cold calling skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- High attention to detail.
- Confident and self-motivated, with a passion for client relationships.
- Interest in aviation and sales.

Work Environment
The role is based in the private jet department located in a cubicle office in Uniondale. The office environment is vibrant and youthful, with a mix of 90 employees in sales, HR, and accounting. Enjoy a cool break room with amenities like ping pong. The position is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel to conferences. We offer a supportive balance between independent and team-oriented work, with one work-from-home day per week (excluding Mondays). Future opportunities for career growth are available, with nine levels from Trainee Broker to Director. We provide job stability, leadership support, and a collaborative environment with seasonal events and team outings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
