Job Title: Space Planner - Level 2

Job Description

As a Space Planner, you will collaborate with client teams to handle all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process. This role is essential for ensuring efficient use of space and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review all occupancy requests.
  • Engage with tactical business space representatives to gather planning requirements.
  • Develop tactical scenarios for space utilization.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc auditing of space usage.
  • Assist planners in the development of strategic plans as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Move, Add, Change (MAC) team for the implementation of space plans.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in data analytics, occupancy planning, and space planning.
  • Experience in test-fitting and project coordination.
  • Competency in using CAD/Revit software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in space planning or a related field.
  • Experience as an occupancy planner is ideal.
  • Ability to execute move and change management effectively.
  • Experience with CAFM systems such as Serraview, Archibus, and FMS.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
  • A degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring four days a week onsite in Seattle. The team consists of three members, including a manager, emphasizing the importance of onsite presence. The role may potentially convert to a full-time position, and the company culture encourages collaboration and innovation.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
