Senior Product Manager - Cards & Payments in Zürich

• Contract: January 2027 - December 2027 (1 year with extension possibility)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a leading financial institution's Cards & Payments team on a contract basis.

This role is ideal for a product professional with deep knowledge of the issuer-side card business , particularly debit and credit cards , who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and enhancement of debit and credit card products and services
• Build business cases, define requirements, and create product concepts to support product evolution and innovation
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Project Management, and external providers
• Act as an Epic Owner within a SAFe Agile environment, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and oversee the implementation of product improvements
• Support day-to-day product management activities and operational requirements

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within the cards or payments industry
• Strong knowledge of issuer-side card products, ideally including: Debit Cards; Credit Cards; Card Services & Payments Ecosystems.
• Experience developing: Business cases; Product requirements; Product concepts and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
