Overview
If you’re someone who thrives on shaping high-performing retail networks and knows how to turn strategy into real-world impact, this is a role where you can genuinely influence how a luxury automotive brand shows up across EU.
Sitting within the EU Regional Team, you’ll play a central role in how we deliver across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Network activities, working closely with our retail partners to elevate customer experience, drive performance and support long-term dealer profitability. This isn’t just about maintaining a network, it’s about continuously evolving it.
Responsibilities
- Own the network development strategy across the EU, from identifying and recruiting new dealer partners through to overseeing terminations where required.
- Manage the full lifecycle with a commercial, analytical and relationship-led approach.
- Evaluate markets, analyse competitor networks, understand key demographics and use data-driven insight to shape strategic recommendations at board level.
- Oversee dealer appointments and ramp-ups, manage contractual and legal aspects, and lead on facility developments, relocations and refurbishments across the region.
- Ensure projects align with brand standards and long-term network vision from early-stage planning through to delivery.
- Work with financial data, build business cases and interpret performance trends, while managing stakeholders across markets and influencing at senior level.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within automotive retail, ideally within a premium or ultra-luxury environment, with a solid understanding of sales and aftersales operations.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to navigate both strategic and operational challenges.
- Fluency in English is essential; a second major European language is required for this role due to breadth of markets across the EU.
- Ability to work in a Frankfurt-based position with the right to live and work within the EU.
You’ll be naturally analytical, detail-focused and organised, with the ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer detail. Build strong relationships, communicate with impact and be willing to challenge where needed.
Location & Requirements
Frankfurt-based role; candidates must already have the right to live and work within the EU.
