Analyzes and maps clients' business requirements and objectives in order to ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors product. Develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Acts as a liaison for troubleshooting by investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems.

Effectuer les tâches internes qui lui sont confiées. Participer à la préparation du matériel de formation afin d'enseigner aux clients comment utiliser le système. Fournir une formation de base sur les systèmes et les fonctionnalités aux clients, aux administrateurs et aux utilisateurs finaux. Préparer des mises à jour de l'état d'avancement, en suivant le temps et les dépenses afin de garantir la mise en œuvre du système dans les délais impartis. Suivre des activités de formation continue afin d'obtenir et de conserver des certifications professionnelles. Effectuer les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of business analyst experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.

Qualifications requises

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
