Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support two Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Set clear objectives and performance targets for the team, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, building strong relationships and acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define team strategies and goals.
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue.
Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and other metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance team and individual performance.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Proven experience managing and growing client relationships in the software or technology sector.
- Familiarity with CMMS or SaaS products is highly desirable.
Skills
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
