We are Australia’s leading cut to size cabinet manufacturer and supplier. Our modern facility located in Molendinar boasts the latest state of the art equipment and technology that allows us to manufacture completely customised flat-pack or pre-assembled cabinetry for our customers.

Are you an Accounts Officer looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

  1. Invoice Management: Generate and send invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
  2. Payment Tracking: Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time and reconcile payments with accounts receivable records.
  3. Collections: Proactively follow up with customers on overdue accounts, making phone calls and sending reminders to encourage prompt payment.
  4. Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  5. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, highlighting any overdue accounts and providing recommendations for action.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Work with customers and internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues efficiently.
  7. Credit Control: Manage the Credit Control process, inclusive of credit application\’s review, ABN and credit checks, as well as monitoring of accounts over credit limits.

Support Functions:

  1. Administrative Support: Answering incoming phone calls, coordinate visitors booked in for meetings or factory tours, handling incoming and outgoing mail. Providing general administrative support to the Accounts Manager, Leadership Team, and other team members.
  2. Office Functions Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and functions, setting up the space, and organizing refreshments.
  3. Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring necessary items are stocked.
  4. Accounts Payable Support: Assist with data entry for accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding. Support in reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies. Assist in processing payment runs.

About You:

  2. Someone with excellent communication skills who isn’t afraid to make calls to collect payments.
  3. A team player with a great personality, willing to take on various administrative tasks.
  4. Strong multitasking abilities and a positive attitude towards helping out wherever needed.
  5. Minimum two years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles required.
  6. Minimum five years of experience in administrative functions.
