We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapist to lead and manage our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services and innovative rehabilitation programs. You will oversee the clinical development and coordination of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and exercise physiology services. Your leadership will ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and foster a culture of excellence across all areas of care.
This fast-paced position requires a driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Primarily working in our clinic at Mile End, this position will be required to work at our other two clinics at Gillman and Elizabeth to support and manage the team as well as deliver clinical services on occasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with the organisation’s Code of Conduct, built on mutual trust and respect;
- Attract, retain, and develop high-calibre staff while ensuring succession plans are in place;
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and addressing performance issues as needed;
- Audit and oversee record-keeping, treatment plans, and exercise progressions;
- Communicate strategic direction and set clear goals and objectives for the team;
- Support team development to meet patient care and service excellence standards;
- Build and maintain client relationships, develop new opportunities, and implement business and marketing plans;
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services, maintain professional engagement, and achieve financial and performance targets.
