The Role:

Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Allied Health Team Manager to head our South/East hub in Melbourne.

As a community Allied Health Team Manager, you will provide treatment to disabled, paediatric and elderly clients in their own environments and help lead a team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Behaviour support practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists using a multi-disciplinary approach to care.

Responsibilities:

  • Support interdisciplinary team members at dedicated hub to meet business objectives.
  • Support interdisciplinary team members to develop skills and participate in hub culture.
  • Achieve key Performance Indicators.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Pathology.
  • Registered with AHPRA or SPA.
  • Experience working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package).
  • Sincere passion for helping a diverse range of clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to establish a genuine rapport with clients.
