The Role:
Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Allied Health Team Manager to head our South/East hub in Melbourne.
As a community Allied Health Team Manager, you will provide treatment to disabled, paediatric and elderly clients in their own environments and help lead a team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Behaviour support practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists using a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
Responsibilities:
- Support interdisciplinary team members at dedicated hub to meet business objectives.
- Support interdisciplinary team members to develop skills and participate in hub culture.
- Achieve key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Pathology.
- Registered with AHPRA or SPA.
- Experience working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package).
- Sincere passion for helping a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills and ability to establish a genuine rapport with clients.
