The Role:
As the Applications Manager , you’ll lead a team of four Business Systems Administrators responsible for managing and enhancing the applications that support corporate operations and venues. From HRIS and finance systems to CRM and document management tools, these systems are integral to streamlining processes and ensuring seamless operations for our clients\‘ teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of business systems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Business Systems Administrators.
- Act as an advisor to senior leaders, offering guidance on system implementations, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize systems and processes.
- Manage projects related to system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure system documentation, processes, and procedures are maintained to a high standard.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in applications delivery and support.
- 2+ years of stakeholder engagement and internal consulting.
- 1+ year in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Strong expertise in administering business systems such as finance, HRIS, CRM, and more.
- A collaborative communicator who tailors their message to different audiences.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively and deliver outcomes.
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of project management and ITIL practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
Note:
This position is primarily based in Milton. Some out-of-hours work (evenings and weekends) will be required. Additionally, occasional metropolitan and regional travel with potential multi-night stays is expected.
