We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect / Senior Draftsperson to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate on the design and documentation of residential architecture projects, including single-family homes, multi-unit developments, and renovations.
- Manage and oversee the design and documentation of commercial fitout projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans and specifications using Graphisoft ArchiCAD only.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture and commercial fit-outs.
- Proficiency in Graphisoft ArchiCAD is a must.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
