(Assistant) Account Executive – Corporate

Our Client:
Our client is a leading global brokerage firm, delivering innovative risk management solutions with a workforce of ~50 in Perth CBD. They are currently seeking a new Assistant Broker or Account Executive (dependent on your experience level) to join their dynamic team and directly support the Client Director in the Corporate broking division.

Role Overview:
You will assist your senior broker in managing client relationships, market research, and risk placement. You will handle administrative tasks, ensure accurate documentation, and support the execution of corporate insurance strategies for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist broker with client communication and policy management
  • Conduct market research and liaise with underwriters
  • Prepare risk presentations and insurance submissions
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain client records
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards

Requirements:

  • 2 years\‘ experience in support broking within general insurance, ideally corporate
  • Tier 1 desired as an Account Executive, not essential as an Assistant broker but willingness to complete
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player
