About the Role:
Adventure at Coomera Westfield is one of our premier Australian stores catering to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Given the uniqueness of this iPlay venue, it is imperative that we have an exceptional team at its helm. Thus, we are in search of innovative and passionate Team Leaders who are looking to be trained to Level up. Under the guidance of an experienced and dedicated Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership capabilities and actively contribute to and oversee the daily operations of the venue.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a hands-on team leader role, overseeing daily business operations.
- Strong understanding of general retail operations.
- Ability to prioritise and excel under pressure.
- Adept at dealing professionally with various personalities, both internal and external, with a focus on fostering personal growth within the team.
- Proactive in motivating and inspiring your team to drive sales and provide top-tier customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience at iPlay.
- Possess a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Exemplify a reliable work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility in availability for shifts during the day, night, and weekends.
- Must not have a fear of heights to work on Clip ‘n’ Climb and High Ropes Wall.
