About the Role:
We are looking for two temporary staff members to join our clients Business Improvement team. Ideal candidates will have experience in business improvement, stakeholder engagement, and lean/six sigma projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead problem-solving sessions and improvement workshops.
- Use structured techniques to define problems and manage improvement initiatives.
- Identify and quantify benefits of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and impart business improvement skills.
- Conduct end-to-end process discovery and analysis.
- Maintain project plans and status reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in business process mapping (BPMN).
- Experience with ARIS/Signavio platforms.
- Ability to design and deliver SAW-specific documentation and learning modules.
- Experience setting up process governance structures.
- Experience creating BPM operating models.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
