Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per year + $15,000 Allowances

About the role: The Business Unit Manager is responsible for customer retention, revenue and market share growth of EPT products and services within the business units’ existing industries and client base throughout Australia, and identifying, preparing, and implementing new breakout industry aligned business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement customer sales growth plans in partnership with the national sales manager and business unit sales team.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies relating to services delivered by the business unit.
  • Effective and engaging leadership of business unit in line with EPT company values.
  • Improving business operations with a focus on safety and in alignment with EPT’s IMS.
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and legislation, and ensure EPT’s compliance with the relevant regulations.

  • Professionalism in all interactions, coupled with strong financial and business acumen.

  • Relevant experience in an industrial-commercial organisation with a sales/service focus.
