About Xact
Xact Accounting is one of Australia\’s leading building and construction accounting firms.
We act for a wide range of clients across the sector including builders, developers, trades businesses, architects and designers, manufacturers and engineering firms – in essence, any business that falls within the building and construction eco-system.
Our specialist focus has allowed us to build deep expertise and referral networks, resulting in 202% fee growth over the past three years. Over the past 12 months, we grew revenue by 55% because business owners recognise the need for genuine industry expertise to steer them through a challenging economic environment.
In addition to our unique CFO Advisory service, we offer a full range of tax, business services, bookkeeping, and specialist QBCC compliance services to our clients – delivered by separate business divisions working collaboratively for our clients.
Our full service approach means we are a one-stop-shop for clients wanting industry-specific advice from both a commercial and compliance accounting perspective.
Initially, our focus was on SE QLD but as our reputation has grown, we now service clients Australia-wide.

This position offers a unique combination of direct client impact, team leadership, and personal development opportunities, making it ideal for motivated individuals looking to make a difference in the financial health and success of businesses.
