Talenza have been engaged by an international professional services organisation to source an experienced Change Manager to work on an enterprise-wide Contract Management system implementation. The organisation has a mature Group Transformation Office with a team of dynamic change professionals. The role is responsible and accountable for overseeing the organisation\’s implementation of a new contract management system. In this critical role, you will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Change Management : Lead the full lifecycle of change management for a high-impact HR systems implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on a unified approach, fostering a culture of \’one process, one way of working.\‘ Provide guidance and influence to achieve organisational objectives.
- Change Strategy Execution : Develop and execute tailored change strategies and plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure the successful adoption of the new HCM system.
- Complex Environment Navigation : Operate effectively within a mature change management function, ideally a Change Centre of Excellence, adapting strategies to suit organisational complexity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven success in delivering change within a complex environment, demonstrating the ability to navigate organisational dynamics and influence at all levels.
- Solid knowledge and practical application of the ADKAR methodology in delivering change initiatives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build alignment around key initiatives.
- Experience in a consulting environment is a bonus, bringing valuable insights and best practices to the role.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on delivering results and driving value.
- Experience having worked with a similar contract management system is beneficial. Although, more important is an understanding of a contract life cycle from RFP/RFQ through to delivering SLAs within the contract.
