ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are recruiting on behalf of a large, complex regional community development organisation that provides vital services across a wide range of sectors, including Housing, Civil Works, Essential Services, Fuel Supplies, Mechanical Workshops, Arts and Culture, Community Patrol, Employment Services, and Money Management Services. We are currently recruiting for two key leadership positions on behalf of our client:
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
These senior leadership roles are critical to the success of the organisation and will play an integral part in shaping the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the business.
As CFO, you will have primary responsibility for overseeing all financial activities within the organisation, ensuring sound financial management, forecasting, strategic planning, and compliance. You will report to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) and provide vital support and guidance to the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and operations of the organisation.
- Oversee financial forecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and systems.
- Manage investor relations and negotiations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior financial management, ideally within a complex or multi-service organisation.
- Strong expertise in financial forecasting, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance and CPA Qualified.
Hourly Rate: $94.88 per hour
- Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with the CEO to translate the organisation\’s vision into effective operational strategies while ensuring compliance, efficient service delivery, and strong resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead and optimise program and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage the organisation’s assets and infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in senior operational management.
- Strong expertise in program delivery, compliance, and resource management.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and performance.
Hourly Rate: $101.21 per hour
Working Arrangements:
