This organization is a key player within its sector servicing clients across North America, Asia Pac, Europe, and Australia. Deeply established for over 30 years, they are highly profitable, with a diverse business model (SaaS & payments) and set for continued global growth with the backing of a very successful growth private equity firm.
Reporting to the CEO, this role has a number of core elements: operational improvement of the platform (process, reporting, systems), and commercial partnering with the operations in the growth of revenue streams with a focus on contracts, pricing, and KPI management. Your focus will pivot between macro to micro with a mix of hands-on operational work as well as higher-level commercial and strategic partnering. The business has a loyal, passionate base of staff and you should be a visible and engaged CFO across the organization.
You are an experienced CFO who has helped scale and grow a technology or payments business. SaaS ideally, but any technology services or payments sector as a Group CFO role will be relevant. You will be ‘hands-on’ and able to understand the detail, but it is your ability to add commercial value which will drive success in this role. You must have partnered with sales and operations to optimize KPIs and deliver top and bottom-line growth. You should have experience of operating in complex, fast-paced, global environments and be able to pull insight out of large volumes of data. M&A, transactions, or exit experience is highly valued.
