About the Role

Infinite Care’s Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for information technology initiatives and oversees/leads the development, implementation, and management of Infinite’s technology strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives. The CIDO performs a critical role in driving digital transformation, ensuring IT alignment with business objectives, and effectively managing IT risks and opportunities, positioning Infinite for future success through innovative and effective technology solutions.

The CIDO will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) ensuring company-wide projects are appropriately governed, delivered on time, on scope and on budget. The CIDO leads the IT team, managing resources, and fostering innovation to enhance operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and the business overall technological posture.

You are a natural people person who thrives when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders focused on delivering best in class IT ecosystems whilst leveraging your strong capabilities as below;

• A highly collaborative, approachable and influential leadership style focused on the ability to inspire & lead engaged diverse teams.
• Ideally Aged Care and/or healthcare sector experience or have worked for companies that directly work into these sectors is ideal.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing geographically spread-out site operations and have led expansion IT infrastructure and operating platforms bringing on new sites/facilities.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive organisational change including strong knowledge of project governance, methodologies, change management frameworks, communication plans and policies.
• Leverage your senior IT leadership roles, preferably as Chief Information & Digital Officer, or similar with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• The ability to think strategically and translate business needs into dynamic technology solutions that drive growth and efficiency that link operational improvement plans and monitoring.
• Tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline with complimentary professional development in leadership.
