We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Qubasoft . As a Client Manager, you’ll manage and support our Australian client base from our Gold Coast office. This is a contract role.

What you\’ll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing service and support.
  2. Manage relationships, ensuring client needs are exceeded and satisfaction is maintained.
  3. Coordinate and execute onboarding and project implementation processes.
  4. Assist with the development and delivery of client-facing presentations and proposals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address unmet client needs.
  6. Monitor and report on client activity, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  7. Participate in client meetings and address concerns or issues that may arise.

What we\’re looking for

  1. Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Client Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. The ability to build and maintain relationships that are genuine, friendly and caring.
  4. A capacity to solve complex problems and think outside the box, applying First Principles.
  5. Proficiency in using productivity tools including Asana, Slack and Google Docs.
  6. Ability to maintain a quality standard of work in both group and independent capacities.
