Our client is a progressive tax, business services and wealth advisory firm who prides themselves on their technical expertise in providing bespoke advice to their clients while developing and maintaining long-standing relationships and an exceptional service ethic.

Due to business growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Service Administrator as a new addition to their business support team.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of quality outcomes for their tax and business services team and external clients. You will enjoy being the first point of contact with clients. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client requests and inquiries via phone and email
  • Scheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointments
  • Drafting and reviewing client communications, including emails, letters, and reports
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records
  • Tax return and compliance administration
  • Liaising with external stakeholders e.g. ASIC & ATO
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing tasks, as needed
  • Collaborating with team members and managers to ensure consistent service delivery to clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the professional services industry or within a mid-tier/boutique accounting practice is preferred. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the organisation.
